"BETTY"

Betty is Sheryl’s sister.  She is constant, warm, and open just like this plan.  There are not a lot of changes that can be made. 

This home has approximately 2342 square feet.  It has a beautiful elevation with gables,  lovely brick detail around the windows and with quoin corners.

Open floor plan.  Formal Dining and Family Room join.  Kitchen is also open to the Family Room.  Breakfast room is large with a full view French door to the Covered Patio.

Tile runs from garage door into utility room, down hall, through kitchen and breakfast to back door to the back yard.  There is also a side garage door that leads to the back yard. 

Two bedrooms share a departmentalized bathroom with tub/shower and commode separated from the double vanity.  The 4^th bedroom or study at the front of the house adjoins the ¾ bath with a pocket door, and another door enters from the hall for guests.
